When a client asked us to showcase the walkable amenities near their apartment community, we considered getting our daily steps in. Then we realized: why walk when you can fly? We utilized drone videography to cruise the neighborhood, but we didn't just want a pretty view. We used 3D tracking and motion graphics to drop digital pins on the footage, calling out hotspots like coffee shops and museums in real-time.
